The Members of this Limited Liability Partnership are the Directors of Fifield Glyn Ltd. FG Investors has been set up as a separate vehicle to co-invest with Clients in property investment and development situations where it is felt that the skills and expertise of Fifield Glyn Ltd can add value to the chosen project.

We believe that this approach will bring further confidence to Clients that we have invested our own money alongside theirs. We are in a position to put a syndicate of investors together where a project may be too large for one Client and, in addition, we have close connections with several banks who will lend on suitable projects.

FG Investors looks for projects from £250,000 up to £5 million anywhere in England and Wales in retail, office and industrial property. We also invest in land where we think we can obtain or improve planning consent for commercial or residential development.
