Andrew has been a Chartered Valuation Surveyor since November 2009. He graduated from the University of East Anglia with an Honours Degree in Biochemistry in 2003, and in 2005, Andrew joined Langley-Taylor in 2005 while studying a Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying. Andrew was made an Associate in 2011. In 2019 he joined Fifield Glyn, following a merger with Langley Taylor, and works in the Mayfair office.
Andrew is involved with leasehold reform valuations and negotiations, planning and listed building advice, commercial lease renewals and rent reviews under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and residential rent reviews.
Andrew is actively involved with RICS matrics London.
