The property comprises a 2,542 sqft (236 sqm) self-contained office arranged over ground and first floor with kitchen area, male and female WC’s and 10 parking spaces.
The property has been sold for £325,000 on a 999 year lease from 25th March 1996 at a ground rent of £400 pa with provisions for rent reviews every 5 years geared to RPI (next 2019).

Flurry of Deals at Brunel Court, Gadbrook Park

MCR Properties acquired the office scheme Brunel Court at Gadbrook Park, Nr. Software have purchased No.6 Brunel Court, Gadbrook Park, Cheshire. The fully
refurbished two storey self-contained office comprised 1,620 sqft together with
6 car spaces was sold for a consideration £200,000.

Software were unrepresented. Richard Smith, Director of the Sole Agents ,

Osborne Kinsey has sold their residential site in the middle of Tarvin to Osborne & Co (Warrington) Ltd. It has planning consent for 6 mews houses (5,812.5 sf with 12 car spaces). The price reflected £1.5 million per acre. Fifield Glyn acted for Osborne Kinsey and the purchaser represented themselves.
