Impressed Dry Cleaners have taken a 5 year FRI lease on No.4 The Stables, Gadbrook Park. Fifield Glyn acted for the landlord, Osborne House.


The 220 sq.ft (20.4m2) A1 premises will be providing dry cleaning, washing and ironing services together with a collection and delivery service to Northwich and surrounding areas. Impressed is open from 7.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

Poppyseed Café Bar have taken a 15 year FRI Lease at No.1 Gadbrook Mews. ‘GAP Filled at Royal Court’

Willan Developments have announced the sale of No.1 Royal Court, Gadbrook Park, Northwich to the IT firm, GAP Consulting.


The brand new, high specification 5,545 sq.ft office, plus 21 car spaces, is situated on the established 85-acre Business Park on the outskirts of Northwich and was sold for a purchase price equating to £155 psf.

Halton NHS Primary Care Trust have taken 3,899 sf on 12-Year Lease at  £50,000 pa (£12.82 psf) at Midwood House, Gerrard Street, Widnes. The Landlords, Osborne House, were represented by Fifield Glyn and the deal involved a simultaneous surrender of other leases. Midwood House comprises eight self-contained office units and is now fully let, with the other occupier being Halton Borough Council.

Aberystwyth Office Investment

23 July 2007

Merlin Homes (Wales) Limited have sold the freehold interest in Phase 1, Commercial Block, Aberystwyth Marina to Structadene for £1.6 million (6.3% net). The 11,200 sq ft office building with 30 car spaces is let to the Welsh Assembly Government on an 18.5 year FRI Lease from 1st July 1998 with 3 yearly Rent Reviews at £107,000 pa.

Gadbrook Park goes ‘online’

Following the success of the first BID meeting for Gadbrook Park in April, Fifield Glyn’s Marketing Executive; Victoria Fifield, has put the finishing touches to the new Gadbrook Park website.


Victoria says ‘the new website is clear, concise and current! Now occupiers and prospective businesses can log on to see the large array of information on offer. The website encompasses two location maps, transport links, a downloadable occupiers list, property availability, design and build options, amenities available on the business park and current news. The main aim is that this website is to be used as a functional information point for all’.

‘BID For Gadbrook Park’

BID FOR GADBROOK PARK


Due to the success of the first Gadbrook Park BID (Business Improvement District) meeting, held by Fifield Glyn in April, a second meeting is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 11th July at 12 Noon at Barclays, Octagon House.  Businesses from Gadbrook Park include; Barclays, Edmund Nuttall, Frank Roberts & Sons, Usechoice4, Weaver Vale Housing Trust, Osborne House and Vale Royal Borough Council who have all expressed their support for the scheme.


The next meeting will discuss the issues and costs the BID would cover such as parking, access, security, landscaping, lighting and a website.
