The site, which comprises 14 acres and includes 3 separate industrial buildings totalling approximately 5,574 m² (60,000 sq.ft.), was bought subject to obtaining Outline Planning Permission for a new 6,920 m² (74,500 sq.ft.) distribution warehouse and a separate 2,600 m² (28,000 sq.ft.) office and workshop facility, together with tractor and trailer parking for 230 vehicles. This was recently granted by Bassetlaw District Council.

Osborne Assets have acquired the freehold interest of No. 10 North Lynn Business Village, King’s Lynn from Clifton Jones, for a consideration of £100,000.
